GeoLand   provides quick and accurate land surveying services in New York.

Our services includes: boundary, topographical surveys, elevation certificates,

mortgage inspection (title survey), ALTA/ACSM land title surveys and staking.

We understand that the service we provide is not the final need for our customers,

but a step in the process.

 

GeoLand continually strives to utilize cutting edge technology in the field

and in the office. In the field we currently use Nikon Total station and TDS Data

Collection system.

 

All plats are drafted using CAD software and individually printed for a crisp final product.
